One of the greatest things about being in Korea is the kimchee. What’s kimchee, you ask? It’s a Korean specialty, spicy pickled cabbage—and I LOVE it. In Korea, you can eat kimchee breakfast, lunch, dinner. And, on this trip, I found out you can even eat it for DESSERT. That’s right! As a matter of fact, yesterday I had my very first KIMCHEE DONUT. If you don’t believe me, here’s the photo:
And yes. It was dee-licious!
I think I threw up in my mouth a little just thinking about it…
Sounds good send me some!
I never tried those before even though I live in Korea!
Thinking of you in Korea while I watch the Koreans do so well in the Olympics speed skating and women’s figure skating. Is there excitment there?
P.S. Not sure what to think about the kimchee donut…
Nasty yuck!
